Tech Nerds Who Speak Human

Although techno-babble is our beloved second language, we pride ourselves in our ability to share our knowledge and passion for technology with others. Technology is a huge part of daily life, and part of our mission is educating our community so you know how to safely and effectively use the tech that’s all around you!

Tech Basics Classes

  • The iPhone changed the world overnight at its launch in 2007. The device with infinite capabilities has evolved over the last 17 years. This class is great whether trying to clean up your contact list or searching for a more secure device.

  • We start with an overview of what the iPad is and what it can do, and move on to a few of our favorite tips and tricks. Perfect for those curious to learn more about the iPad, as well as those who already own one.

  • The original Macintosh desktop computer shipped January 24th, 1984. A lot has changed since that first computer. Join us as we briefly explore the history of Apple’s personal computers, look at the current lineup, and discuss some of our favorite features. Whether you currently own an Apple computer, or considering a new purchase, this class will give you the confidence needed to take the next step.

  • Your computer is capable of some incredible things. Sometimes attempting to perform a simple task such as checking your email can be challenging. Join RGA Tech Support for a refresher course on how to get the most out of your computer.

  • Netflix. Disney+. Peacock. These are just a few of what seems like a never-ending list of streaming services.  How we consume our entertainment seems to have changed overnight. In this presentation, we will discuss different streaming services and which option best fits your needs to reduce the cost of your cable bill.
